The automated UTM system is an advanced precision testing equipment with features of automation, intelligence and unmanned, mainly designed to improve the test efficiency, reduce the workload of operators, reduce the probability of test failure due to the operating errors, and can satisfy the testing demands of large number samples for long term tests.

It is mainly used for testing mechanical properties of large quantities of specimen (metallic and non-metallic material). It can automatically measure n value, r value, elongation, modulus of elasticity, tensile strength, yield strength and other test data. It is the ideal testing equipment for iron and steel enterprises, quality inspection centers, scientific research institutes, colleges and universities, commodity inspection arbitration and technical supervision departments etc.

The configuration main includes hydraulic gripping system, fully automatic contact extensometer, temperature chamber, automated weighting and length measurement devices, magazine, industrial robot for fully automated sample feeding and disposal, and control and data acquisition system etc. It can complete fully automated tensile test (including weighting, length measurement, surface geometry measurement, heating, feeding, testing and disposal with programmable test procedures, and test data storage and uploading).
