It can automatically calculate the max. load, max. tensile strength, elongation percentage etc. and print the test results and test curves at any time. Features: Load frame: single tensile test space design with welded frame structure, it has no-gap and superior stiffness. Crosshead movement mode: motor adjustment stops automatically at pre-set position. Hydraulic pin structure to take out or put in the pin to release or fix the moving crosshead. Hydraulic grips for easy gripping of specimens with no slippage and special grips can be ordered for specimen with hole, shoulder specimen etc.. The load frame, oil source base and crosshead adopt welded steel plate structure with high stiffness and stability. With special treatment, they are free of deformation for long service life. High precision tensile type load cell measures the load directly with superior anti-lateral force and anti-impact ability. High speed dual-action cylinder with wide adjustment range, high test efficiency and fast return speed. PC controls the test process to realize the automatic program control of various modes, such as load, displacement, deformation etc.. The PC draws test curves automatically, proceeds data analysis and storage and analysis test result automatically. Besides automatic control, manual control mode can also be selected upon customer’s request. Silent internal high pressure gear pump with low noise below 65db under max. load. With pressure follow-up technology, the hydraulic system pressure follows the working pressure in oil cylinder for all the time to save energy. Advanced and reliable PCI interface technology speeds up data acquisition, control signal response and raises control accuracy. The PC can automatically judge the specimen characteristic to finish a perfect test easily. Protection net is installed to protect the safety of operators when the specimen is broken.
