1.    Working Principle: Three station
The testing machine is composed by driving wheel, testing wheel and 2 guiding wheels. The wire rope specimen is fixed on the wheels, driven by motor. The testing wheel is linked to a 1: 10 lever to keep specimen tightening during the test.

2.    Applications:
Mainly used for fatigue testing of steel wire rope for elevator/.
 
3.    Specification:
a)      The weight effects on the testing wheel ranges from 240kg to 2000kg. (beside the self-weight of testing wheel)
b)     Testing frequency: 40 cycle/min;
c)      Within forward, reverse, jog function (makes it easy to adjust the swing arm mounting position of the specimen);
d)     Dimension of testing machine: 1800*1900*3200mm
